Stainless Steel Bearing Inserts

LDK's stainless Steel Bearing is the same design as chrome steel bearing, but is constructed of 440c equivalent grade stainless steel for wash down and other corrosive environments. Stainless bearings with stainless bearing housing are widely used in food processing machines, medical equipment and other applications requiring corrosion resistance 

• material: Stainless steel 440 or 420; grease: food grade grease as standard

• Seals: Nitrile rubber seal or silicon rubber seal.

• Locking type: SUC2, SSB2--Set screw locking; SNA2, SSA2-- Eccentric locking collar; SUE2, SUER2-- Concentric locking collar; SUK2--Adapter sleeve; SSER2--set screw locking with locating snap ring; Bore size: 12-60mm, or 1/2"~2"

• The spherical O.D of insert bearing has both a grease groove as well as grease hole to re-lubricate the insert when need.
