Hydraulic Rod Ends

Hydraulic rod ends, rod ends for hydraulic components, which is made up of a rod end and a spherical plain bearing, the plain bearing is fixed in housing by snap rings.

LDK hydraulic rod end bearings include two kinds: rod end with welding shank and rod end with locking slot. The welding shank type hydraulic rod ends are with weldable steel housing SK..ES and SF..ES, the locking slot type hydraulic rod ends are with mild steel housing SIR..ES, SIGEW..ES and SIQ..ES. Normally hydraulic cylinder clevis ends need periodic re-lubrication. The high strength of the sliding surfaces make hydraulic rod ends especially suitable for the bearing arrangements where heavy loads of alternating direction, or heavy static loads have to be accommodated.
