2 Bolt Flange Bearing

2-bolt flange bearing units are the combinations of 2 bolt flange bearing housings and wider inner ring ball bearings. Standard painting in green (other colors are available for choices).

• Common 2-bolt flange bearing housings are FL200 (standard duty), FLX (medium duty), FL300 (heavty duty), higher central height FLU200 (standard duty) and light weight series (LF200/FW200/FD200)

• End cove by pressed steel are capable of protecting against the external polution and dusts.

• The self-aligning ability of ball bearings can compensate for slight static mis-alignemnt of the shaft. The bearing insert are locked onto the shaft by means of set screws, eccentric locking collars, adapter sleeves and concentric locking collars etc.

• Lubricants filled inside the spherical ball bearing inserts can be standard grease, low/hight temperature grease and food grade grease.
