For TB/PA tap base pillow block,the bolt hole chamfering , bolt hole re-tapping and air blast are requested as standard operation, they can make sure the threaded bolt hole is smooth, without any impurity and the bolt can be screwed in easily.
LDK excels at customized housings. For example, the bolt hole size of some models can be adjusted according to customer requirements, such as four-bolt F type, two-bolt FL or FT type. The bearing housing can be made with a standard hollow base or a solid base. The full base housing will provide extra strength.Some models of the bearing housing can be machined groove in order to accommodate the metal end caps.
