LDK have an automatic bearing assembly line and a manual bearing assembly line, we can use them flexibly according to the order quantities
For the insert bearings, we do residual magnetism test and noise & vibration checking before assembly,
all the insert bearings are with G10 grade steel ball, low-noise retainers.
Different grease options available for various bearings: Shell Gadus S2 V220 for chrome steel bearings, Total/Mobil food grade for stainless steel bearings. We offer adjustable volumes and high/low temperature etc specialty greases upon request.
Final inspection is carried out after assembly and before storage. The inspection report can be furnished upon customer’s request.
