Heim joints and rod ends are very commonly used in off-road recreational vehicles. In addition to the steering system, they are also used in suspension links, traction bars, sway bars and throttle cables that require positioning and adjustment. The rod end equipped with self-lubricating material can lubricate the steel ball without oiling, ensuring the smooth rotation of the bearing and reducing noise. At the same time, higher strength alloy materials(Chromoly) and heat treatment can be used to enhance the mechanical performance of the bearing according to different working conditions.
LDK's heim joints and rod ends are super strong and really stand up to the abuse when you're off-roading in a hardcore race car, heavy duty sand rail, dune buggy, baja bug, rock crawler, Jeep or truck.
